Affiliates

Administering a large health-benefits trust requires many strong relationships and this can lead to confusion for members, especially when, in an effort to minimize administrative costs, contracted affiliates change.  MUST currently works with the following organizations in an effort to keep member premiums at a minimum while ensuring only the highest quality benefit plans and options.

• Montana School Services Foundation (MSSF). Non-profit that administers MUST.
• First Choice Health. Processes claims and provides day-to-day customer service.
• Caremark. MUST's pharmacy benefit manager.
• The Standard. Provides life and long-term disability insurance.
• Alere. Offers health-management services for members with certain chronic conditions.
• It Starts With Me. Provides diagnostic-screening services for Healthy Futures.
• Segal. Provides actuarial services for the trust.
